The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau Holds Its Regular Meeting for 2025

The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau held its regular meeting for 2025, chaired by Ms. Diana Faisal Sarhan, Director General of Resources and Information Systems.

During the meeting, Ms. Diana Faisal Sarhan emphasized the bureau’s commitment to fostering a work environment based on principles of fairness and equal opportunities, promoting values of creativity and excellence within a sustainable institutional framework that supports women’s presence and active participation in various work roles. She explained that the bureau continues to support female employees through specialized training programs that contribute to developing their skills and enhancing their professional performance, enabling them to meet work requirements while improving overall performance quality and strengthening institutional efficiency.

The committee also reviewed proposals and initiatives from its members aimed at promoting the principle of equal opportunities and developing supportive programs, in line with the objectives of the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women (2025–2026).

In conclusion, the meeting discussed a number of practical outputs and initiatives that will help strengthen equal opportunities and improve the work environment, with follow-up on their implementation to ensure the committee’s objectives are achieved and to continue supporting women’s participation at all levels of institutional work.
