As-built System
The official platform for receiving and approving topographic As-Built maps submitted by the private sector. All submissions are reviewed to ensure compliance with the standards and specifications set by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.
The platform also provides access to all relevant requirements, documentation guidelines, a list of approved surveying companies, and procedures for submitting completed project requests.
Topographic As-Built Data:
These are data prepared by a licensed surveying company after conducting the necessary surveys for any changes to the external appearance of sites or facilities. This data is submitted to the Topographic Survey Directorate in accordance with the specifications and standards of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, to update the topographic database after review and ensuring compliance with the agreed-upon standards.

- All submitted data will undergo a thorough and systematic review to ensure quality standards.
- Register in the As-Built System, please log in or creat a new user account via the "File Upload" page.
