As-Built System

The As-Built system is the official portal for receiving Topographic As-Built drawings from the private sector. It facilitates audits and reviews to ensure compliance with the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's (SLRB) standards and specifications. The system also enables users to view and download all as-built related information, including standards & specifications, feature catalogs, required documentation for submitting Topographic As-Built drawing packages, access to approved survey firms and project submission mechanisms.

Topographic As Built Drawings

Set of information, data, and drawings prepared by private survey companies after conducting all necessary surveys for any changes made to the earth's or sea's surface, including land reclamation (filling), construction, demolition, additions, expansions, or elevation changes that alter the external appearance of the site or building. The As-Built maps are submitted to the Topographic Survey Directorate according to the standards and specifications of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.

As-Built Standards & Specifications

  • The working document available here will develop with time and provides specifications, standards, procedures, guidelines, and all the required data for As-Built surveys for the update of topographic base mapping for which the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) is custodian.
  • The data update will be maintained through systematic review and inclusion of As-Built data on a project-by-project basis.
  • All work shall be performed and presented in accordance with the SLRB standards and specifications for Topographic As-Built requirements to ensure that SLRB maintains (and enhances) the standard, quality, and procedure of data capture and data content.
  • To obtain a copy of the latest As-Built Standards and Specifications document plus other documentation, please register as a "New User" or "login" to be able to download the required data.
