Determine Building Age for the Demolition Requests Service
A platform for receiving requests to determine the age of building(s) for the demolition requests, submitted by the relevant municipality.
The service will be provided only when no records are available with the concerned municipality to determine the age of the building. The year of construction or the building’s age will be determined by the Topographic Survey Directorate in SLRB, based on the Bureau’s approved historical records.
Terms and Conditions
- This platform has been developed exclusively for representatives of the concerned municipalities in the Kingdom of Bahrain to enable them to submit new requests for SLRB processing. This platform does not replace Benayat Platform.
- Submitted requests must include all required information in accordance with the requirements of (SLRB), including the parcel number, property address, and site photographs. SLRB will determine the age of the building based on its available historical archives, including old aerial photographs and other supporting documents.
- The role of SLRB is limited to providing the necessary information to the concerned municipality, which is solely responsible for issuing the final approval for demolition requests.
