Service Steps

Submit the application with all required documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.

Fees

  • A fee of 2% of the property value is collected, reduced to 1.7% if the registration application is submitted within 60 days of the date of notarization of the sales contract.
  • Registration Form fee: BD 1

Terms and Conditions

If the property is located in an area requiring ownership approval, this must be submitted.

  • Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments on issuing the executive regulations for the mentioned Property Registration Law
