Mechanisms and Channels for Electronic Participation

A variety of channels have been activated to enable citizens, residents, and beneficiaries of the Bureau’s services to share their opinions and suggestions:

  • National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul)
    Through this system, users can submit any idea, inquiry, or complaint related to real estate services or registration. All submissions are reviewed and analyzed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Platforms
    The Bureau is active on social media platforms, where it shares news and updates and receives feedback and suggestions from followers and beneficiaries.
