30 September, 2014 Volume of Real Estate Trading in the First Quarter of 2017
The Public Relations and Media Section at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) announced that trading in real estate has achieved an increase in the first quarter of this year 2017 compared to the first quarter of last year 2016. The volume of real estate trading in the first quarter of this year amounted to BD 289,956,209 (Bahrain Dinars two hundred eighty nine million, nine hundred fivty six thousand, two hundred and nine), which represents an increase of 8.11% compared to the same period of last year.
The following table shows the value of real estate transactions transacted by Bahrainis, GCC nationals and foreigners during the period from January to March 2017 compared to the same period of 2016:
