Oceanography as one of the safety basics for marine navigation helps to maintain safe directions for navigation lines. Moreover, these equipments use sophisticated technology to detect tides levels within the harbor which is important for safe vessels traffic into and off berths. Interest in this field is due to the gross importance of marine navigation since 75% of total world trade is through sea transport. Bahrain enjoys an advanced position globally in the area of safe marine commercial navigation thanks to its marine ports network and government bodies related to marine trasportation.
