Pursuant to the directives of H.E. Shaikh Salman Bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa, Head of Survey and Land Registration Bureau regarding the application of flats and storeys ownership in the Kingdom of Bahrain,  

H.E. Abdul Rahman bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Land Registration received on Sunday 4 May 2008 Mr. Khalid Aneeb a Finnish residence of Bahrain and handed him the ownership deed of his flat located at Amwaj Islands, Muharraq. This is the first ownership deed for flats to be issued by SLRB represented in Land Registration Directorate in Bahrain since the application of this system.

At the beginning of the meeting, H.E. Abdul Rahman welcomed the beneficiary and congratulated him for his choice and wished him a continuous success. HE declared that both citizens and residents can benefit from this system which is in line with the growth and development witnessed in Bahrain. The meeting was attended by Mr. Yousif Abdulla Al Ammari SLRB’s property consultant.
