31 March, 2010 Topographic Survey Directorate issued Bahrain’s touristic map in connection with Formula 1 Grand Prix Event
On the occasion of Formula 1 Grand Prix which was organized in Bahrain last February 2005, the Topographic Survey Directorate (TSD) issued Bahrain’s touristic map. SLRB declared that TSD printed out the new map which includes a descriptive guide to directions leading to all attractions and sites in Bahrain, such as main hotels, restaurants, embassies and consulates, residence and luxury apartments, police centers, companies, Foreign Exchange agents, banks, cinemas and other tourism sites and attractions in Bahrain.
TSD distributed Arabic and English versions of the map on fans at the circuit to watch Formula 1 Grand Prix
