The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has signed a strategic partnership with Aramex, a global leader in transportation and logistics services, with the aim of providing more flexible and faster options for delivering Title Deeds related to real estate registration transactions. This step is expected to positively impact on the quality of services, enhance customer experience, and support the government’s efforts to simplify procedures and develop more digital services.

In this regard, Eng. Ammar Rashid Al Khashram, General Director of Land Registration at the SLRB, affirmed that this step supports the Bureau’s efforts toward comprehensive digital transformation. The Bureau is keen to continue monitoring performance indicators for new service and utilizing smart data analytics to ensure continuous development and enhance customer experience.

He added that the SLRB is implementing strategic projects focusing on the use of modern technologies to streamline processes and procedures. These projects include full automation of real estate transaction workflows and expanding the digital integration ecosystem with various public and private entities, thereby contributing to building an interconnected and innovative service system.

Al Khashram further explained that the Title Deed delivery service comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of real estate services. This initiative helps accelerate documentation and registration processes in line with the best global practices, thereby boosting the Bureau’s ability to provide reliable and efficient services that meet the needs of all clients, increase transparency, and support the real estate business and investment environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

He pointed out that the agreement with Aramex will facilitate Title Deed delivery both within the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad, especially given the increasing needs of clients outside the Kingdom. The new service offers a practical and convenient option for all beneficiaries, saving them time and effort, and improving their satisfaction levels. Property owners soon will be given the option to submit their old title deeds to SLRB through the Aramex instead of visiting SLRB premises in person to complete the transaction.

He also stressed that this step aims to provide outstanding government services to citizens and residents, contributing to the smooth completion of property transfers, and enhancing the efficiency of government performance. He noted that the SLRB is moving forward with its development plans to improve service efficiency, support the business environment, and solidify the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for digital real estate services.
