The Survey and Land Registration Bureau launches its new website as part of digital transformation

The Survey and Land Registration Bureau has launched its new and improved website. This is part of its ongoing efforts to support digital transformation and provide better real estate services in a modern, clear, and efficient way for citizens, residents, and investors in Bahrain.

On this occasion, the Head of the Bureau, His Excellency Engineer Bassim bin Yacoub Al Hamer, said that launching the new website is part of the government’s goal to improve performance and digital services. He said the update helps give a better experience to all users through a smart digital platform that is clear, easy to use, and provides correct, up-to-date real estate data. This supports the Bureau’s goal to use technology to help develop real estate services in Bahrain.

He explained that the website was created using international and United Nations standards. It has useful, up-to-date content, works in both Arabic and English, and is easy to use on all devices. It also offers safe and private online services, with live and regular reports on real estate activity to support transparency and smart decision-making based on accurate data.

He added that the new website includes many online services that speed up procedures and make them more transparent and efficient. These include the “Ta’akad” service to check if a property has any legal restrictions, online applications for property registration, checking the status of applications, requesting maps and survey certificates, and services for private survey companies as part of public-private cooperation.

The Head of the Bureau invited all citizens to visit the new website at www.slrb.gov.bh and try its features. He also encouraged people to send their feedback to info@slrb.gov.bh to help improve the services and support continuous development.
