As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the real estate sector and support digital transformation in government services, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) announced the launch of a new feature that enables property location identification through Google Maps. This initiative aims to improve real estate management efficiency, provide user-friendly tools for seamless customer experience, and enhance transparency and competitiveness in the real estate market.

The Bureau explained that this feature allows customers to directly access a property’s location on Google Maps by scanning the QR Code printed on the Title Deed. This process instantly directs the user to the property’s precise geographical location using accurate coordinates.

Additionally, the Bureau highlighted that this feature facilitates easy access to reliable property information with full transparency, saving time and effort for customers who no longer need to visit properties in person. It also streamlines decision-making by providing real-time visual data through maps, further strengthening the trust and credibility of Bahrain’s real estate sector.
