On a kind invitation of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Director General of Survey and Land Registration Bureau His Excellency Shaikh Abdul Rahman bin Ali Al Khalifa participated in the “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1” which was held in Ajman on 14 December 2016.

The Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said that the organization of a conference on real estate regulation in Ajman was a great initiative to highlight the huge growth potential of the real estate sector in the UAE in general and in the Emirate of Ajman in particular. He praised the role of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency in propelling real estate growth and development through supporting the real estate sector.

The “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1” focused on emerging trends in the real estate sector in Ajman and is aimed at harnessing the potential of the real estate sector in the United Arab Emirates.

The Conference also discussed the future of real estate in Ajman, International property measurement standards, sustainability in real estate projects and the role of social media in real estate marketing.

The conference opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of Ajman Land and Property Department Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director General of Survey and Land Registration Bureau in Bahrain His Excellency Shaikh Abdul Rahman bin Ali Al Khalifa, Sheikh Mubarak Al-Otaibi from Saudi Arabia, businessmen from GCC countries and many heads and directors of government departments, institutions and bodies affiliated to the real estate sector and the regulation thereof.
