The Survey and Land Registration Bureau honored its female employees in celebration of Bahraini Women’s Day, which is held every year on December 1st. This day is a national occasion to recognize and appreciate the important role women play in leadership and administrative positions, and their contributions to improving work outcomes and supporting national development in the real estate sector.

To mark the occasion, the Bureau’s Equal Opportunities Committee organized a celebration for the female staff, attended by Eng. Basim Yacob Al Hamer, President of the Bureau, along with the general directors, to show appreciation for the women’s efforts and active involvement in various fields and specialties.

Engineer Al Hamar highlighted the strong support Bahraini women receive from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with the backing of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the support of the Supreme Council for Women, led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King.

He praised the prominent status and achievements of Bahraini women, which reflect the vital role played by the Supreme Council for Women. He also emphasized that Bahraini women are trusted partners in building the country, with many historical examples of women who have left a significant mark on Bahrain’s progress.

Al-Hamar reaffirmed the Bureau’s commitment to supporting Bahraini women by providing a suitable work environment that allows them to reach more achievements. He stated that when women advance, the whole nation advances, and their success reflects the vision of the nation’s leadership.

From her side, Mrs. Diana Faisal Sarhan, General Director of Resources and Information Systems and Chairwoman of the Equal Opportunities Committee, expressed pride in the accomplishments of ambitious Bahraini women and the many success stories they have written in various fields. She emphasized that celebrating Bahraini Women’s Day is a recognition of their central role in building the nation and achieving sustainable development. Bahraini women have led the country’s progress and left a strong impact across all sectors, becoming a model admired both locally and internationally.
