President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau Visits Dubai Land Department

His Excellency Engineer Bassem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamer, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, accompanied by Ms. Nouf Abdulrahman Jamshir, Undersecretary for Research and Projects at the Office of the Prime Minister, and a number of Bureau staff, paid an official visit to the Dubai Land Department in the United Arab Emirates.

During the visit, His Excellency met with Mr. Marwan bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department, along with several senior officials. The delegation received a detailed presentation on the Department’s functions, operations, and pioneering experiences in real estate services. His Excellency also toured one of the customer service centers to learn about the services provided and the procedures followed.

The visit included a review of the Department’s experience in comprehensive digital transformation, data integration, and information exchange with various governmental and private entities, including companies, banks, and real estate search platforms. The delegation also explored the services delegated by the Department to the private sector under formal legal protocols and agreements.

The meeting also included discussions on real estate development, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in real estate regulation and registration.
