30 April, 2026 Development of 50 Government Services to Enhance Efficiency and Improve Service Quality During the First Quarter of 2026
As part of the ongoing government efforts to develop and re-engineer services, 50 government services were developed during the period from January 15 to April 30, 2026, as part of plans to continue enhancing the quality of government services provided and improving institutional performance efficiency.
Among the most prominent developed services was the enhancement of the financial permits service for civil society organizations at the Ministry of Social Development by reducing the service level agreement duration by up to 70%. In addition, the pension disbursement request service for the private sector at the Social Insurance Organization was improved by reducing the service completion time from 30 working days to 5 working days.
Furthermore, the property ownership completion service at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning was developed through the full automation of procedures and the elimination of document requirements. The request and inquiry service for survey information at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau was also enhanced by reducing the service completion time and providing instant electronic inquiry services.
Additionally, the National Health Regulatory Authority developed the amendment services for registered medicines (major/minor), contributing to improving user experience and enhancing the quality of government services provided.
