His Excellency Eng. Basim bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, received Eng. Essa Ali, Director of the Topographic Survey Department, on the occasion of his being awarded the Gulf Cooperation Council Civil Service Medal, in recognition of his distinguished career, contributions to institutional development, and service to the administrative system at both national and Gulf levels.

On this occasion, the President of the Bureau affirmed that this honor reflects the support and care that national competencies receive from the wise leadership, and highlights the advanced status attained by Bahraini human resources, considered a fundamental pillar in enhancing the efficiency of government institutions and supporting comprehensive development.

For his part, Eng. Essa Ali expressed his pride in receiving this medal, noting that this achievement represents a source of pride for all members of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.
