The Policy and Governance Committee of the National Committee for Geospatial Information Governance held its first meeting, chaired by His Excellency Engineer Naji Sabt, Director General of Survey, with the participation of representatives from the member government entities.
The meeting reviewed the committee’s tasks, objectives, and responsibilities, in addition to discussing its role in supporting the work of the National Committee and strengthening the regulatory framework for geospatial information governance. This contributes to reinforcing institutional integration and developing the government work system.
