  4. Referral of the application by the Registration & Follow-up Directorate

When Applying in Person:

  1. Prepare all the required documents for submission
  2. The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
  3. The presence of the owner or power of attorney from the owner (if required)
  4. Pay the fees

The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled. 

For online/electronic submission:

  1. Visit the e-Government website www.Bahrain.bh
  2. Click eServices.
  3. Select eServices by Providers from the navigation bar.
  4. Click on 'Survey and Land Registration Bureau' from the options
  5. Select the required service
  6. Submit the required documents
  7. Pay the Fees

  • Property Registration Law promulgated by Law No. 13 of 2013.
  • Resolution No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments issuing the executive regulations of the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
  • Resolution No. 11 of 2024 regulating the work between the Cadastral Survey Directorate and private cadastral offices.
