Documents Required
- A copy of the title deed.
- A copy of the passport or ID card.
- Power of attorney from the owner (if required).
- Referral of the application by the Registration & Follow-up Directorate
Processing Time
20-60 working days depending on the number of properties (between the survey office and the Directorate)
Service Steps
When Applying in Person:
- Prepare all the required documents for submission
- The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
- Pay the fees
The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled.

- Visit the e-Government website Bahrain.bh
- Click eServices.
- Select eServices by Providers from the navigation bar.
- Click on 'Survey and Land Registration Bureau' from the options
- Select the required service
- Submit the required documents
- Pay the Fees

Certificate Request: BD 1
Survey Point Fee: BD 5 per stamp (or per property)
