Request for the preparation of a deed plan for properties that have not been surveyed before (Normal and Strata Parcels).
This service aims to enable accredited survey offices to submit a request to prepare a deed plan electronically for applications referred by the Land Registration Directorate.

- Authorization letter from the owner to the engineering office

20-60 working days for preparation depending on the number of properties (between the survey office and the Directorate)
Service Steps
When Applying in Person:
- Prepare all the required documents for submission
- The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
- Pay the fees
The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled.
For online/electronic submission:
- Visit the e-Government website Bahrain.bh
- Click eServices.
- Select eServices by Providers from the navigation bar.
- Click on 'Survey and Land Registration Bureau' from the options
- Select the required service
- Submit the required documents
- Pay the Fees

Opening a Transaction: BD 5
Certificate Request: BD 1
Survey Point Fee: BD 5 per stamp (or per property)
