Request for Preparing Cadastral Plans

As for the survey drawings, they are prepared by private surveying offices based on the property owner's request and are validated by the Cadastral Survey Directorate regarding the units under consideration. This process relies on actual field surveys and is guided by the detailed engineering drawings of the mentioned units, in accordance with the specifications and technical instructions outlined in the Standards Guide.

Documents Required
- Copy of the title deed
- Copy of passport or ID card
- Power of attorney from the owner (if required)
- Approval letter from RERA in case of cadastral plans for floors and apartments
- A letter of approval from the Urban Planning and Development Authority in case of a request to prepare plans for units according to construction or plots or at the request of the Authority.
- Transfer request from the Registration and Follow-up Department attached with the approval of the Urban Planning and Development Authority to prepare plans and document maps for the approved divisions.

30 working days (for 30 properties or less) (between the Survey Office and the Directorate)

When Applying in Person:
- Prepare all the required documents for submission
- The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
- The presence of the owner in person or his representative by power of attorney or through the electronic system.
- Pay the fees
The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled.
