This service allows beneficiaries to register housing units or plots gifted by his Majesty the King at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. Service Steps
Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.
Fees
- BD 5 for each registration transaction and BD 1 for the registration form.
