Submit the application with all required documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.

Fees

BD 11 if the property is not in the heirs' names befor the division, BD 5 if the property is registered in the heirs' names befor the divison. In bothe cases, if there is an obligatiob to pay an amount,a fee 2 % of the awarede amount shall be added to these charges.
