This service allows beneficiaries to register properties sold through public auction at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Registration a division or partition judgment pursuant to a court ruling

Documents Required

  • Title Deed
  • A judgment awarding the auction
  • Execution Letter from the Enforcement Court specifying the property's clearance from any liens, restrictions, or registration marks, if any.
  • Passport for non-Bahrainis

Service Steps

Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website. 

Fees

  • 2% of the property value. 
  • A registration form fee of BD 1 for each transaction. 

Terms and Conditions

If the property is located in an area that requires ownership approval, it must be submitted. 

Rules and Regulations

  • Property Registration Law issued by Law No. 13 of 2013. 
  • Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments concerning the issuance of the executive regulation of the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
