The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Service Steps
Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.
Fees
- 2% of the property value.
- A registration form fee of BD 1 for each transaction.

If the property is located in an area that requires ownership approval, it must be submitted.
