Applicant
Registration of two or more properties and merging them into a single ownership document.
Documents Required
- Original title deed.
- Letter from the Urban Planning & Development Authority approving the merger of the requested properties.
- If the merger request is for a property and an adjacent plot belonging to the property, approval from the Planning Authority is not required.
- Copy of the passport (must be valid for non-Bahrainis).

Service Steps
Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.
Fees
- BD 5 for each registration transaction and BD 1 for the registration form.
- Additional fees may apply based on the type of application.

- Property Registration Law issued by Law No. 13 of 2013.
- Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments concerning the issuance of the executive regulation of the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
