24 April, 2016 Volume of Real Estate Trading in the First Quarter of 2015
The Public Relations and Media Section at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) announced that trading in real estate has achieved an increase in the first quarter of this year 2015 compared to the first quarter of last year 2014. The volume of real estate trading in the first quarter of this year amounted to BD 359,632,295 (Bahrain Dinars three hundred fifty nine million, six hundred thirty two thousand, two hundred and ninety five), which represents an increase of 4% compared to the same period of last year.
The following table shows the value of real estate transactions transacted by Bahrainis, GCC nationals and foreigners during the period from January to March 2015 compared to the same period of 2014:
