H.E. Shaikh Abdul Rahman Bin Ali Al-Khalifa, Director General of Land Registration attended the launch ceremony of notarizing the first agreement of Owners’ Union of apportioned flats signed on Thursday 24 January 2008 at the premises of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs. The session was attended by judge Khalid Al- Ajaji, Assistant U/Secretary of Courts Affairs and Notarization, the Notary Public of the Notary Office, Ms Nora Al Najar and Dr. Jamila Mohamed Al-Salman, Lawyers’ Chief , Mr. Hassan Ibrahim Kamal, Head of Properly Sector, Bahrain Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Engineer Habib Madara , Ghranata Group; and a number of  concered people in Property Investment Affairs.

It is worth mentioning that  Lawyer Hassan Ahmed Bedaiwi Office prepared the contract after studying the Civil Law of 2001.
