14 August, 2024 SLRB Organizes Training Course Titled "The Art of Customer Service"
In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, to continue advancing government work and promoting comprehensive development goals, and under the patronage of His Excellency Engineer Bassem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, the Registration and Follow-up Directorate organized a two-day training course titled “The Art of Customer Service.”
The course is part of a series of training programs aimed at enhancing overall service quality and refining customer service skills. It seeks to empower employees to achieve excellence and improve the quality of government services provided to citizens, residents, and investors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
