Gift Registration Service
This service allows beneficiaries to register real estate gifts between individuals or from his Majesty the King at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Documents Required
- Title Deed
- Original Gift Certificate, certified by a Sharia Court and valid**
- Passport for Non-Bahrainis
Fees
- BD 5 for gifts between spouses and relatives up to the fourth degree
- BD 5 for gifts between non-spouses and non-relatives, provided the value of the gifted property does not exceed BD 50,000
- 2% of the property value for gifts between non-spouses and non-relatives, if the value of the gifted property exceeds BD 50,000
- BD 1 as a registration fee for each transaction.

Rules and Regulations
- Property Registration Law issued by Law No. 13 of 2013.
- Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments concerning the issuance of the executive regulation of the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
