As part of the ongoing government efforts to develop and re-engineer services, 32 services across 11 government entities were developed during the period between January 15 and February 19. This step reflects the continuous commitment to enhancing the quality of government services and accelerating service delivery, thereby improving institutional performance efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

Among the أبرز improvements achieved during this period were the development and reduction of the review period for applications related to the purchase or sale of movable assets for minors by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and the development and reduction of the issuance or renewal period for airworthiness certificates by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications. In addition, the real estate price index within the “Taqaod” property inquiry service was made available by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, while the Urban Planning and Development Authority introduced the service for allocating and registering government sites through the “Takhtit” electronic urban planning platform. Furthermore, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning launched the “Tamweel Tomouh” financing program and enabled electronic service completion mechanisms along with system integration.

These efforts contributed to achieving tangible improvements in service performance indicators through the full digital transformation of services at a rate of 100%, reducing application steps to a maximum of four steps, decreasing service level agreement timelines by no less than 25%, in addition to reducing the required documents and the number of pages needed to access services by 50%.
