Service Description
Documents Required
- A copy of the design file for the As-built project.
- A letter for submission of As-built job.
- Notification of project.
- A survey report for the project.
- Provide all surveyed raw data, including:
- Control points that were established or used (the original file uploaded from the surveying devices or data download programs).
- Submission of raw data in CSV or .txt format. - Submit Updated topographic as-built drawing
- Data to be delivered in (.dgn, .dwg) format, ensuring it is 3D CAD. - In the case of reclamation projects, a license conditions compliance form must be submitted.
- Any additional supporting information for the project, such as photographs, etc.
Processing Time
3 to 4 working days, unless the As-Built job requires additional time.
Service Steps
- Prepare all the required documents for submission.
- Apply in person or by e-mail Asbuilt@slrb.gov.bh.
- The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled.
