Voluntary Partition Contract Registration Service
This service allows beneficiaries to register consensual property division contracts between parties at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership allocation. The request can be submitted online after completing the required documents, to speed up the completion of transaction without the need for a personal visit.

Applicant
Service for registering the division of one or more properties with the consent of the parties through the Notarisation Department at the Ministry of Justice.
Documents Required
- Original title deed or original title deeds if the properties are allocated through a partition contract.
- Original partition contract.
- Copy of the passport (must be valid for non-Bahrainis).
- If registering a partition contract where the property is divided into sections, approval is required from the Urban Planning & Development Authority for the division.
- Approval from the Minister of Justice for Gulf nationals to own property.

Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.
Fees
- BD 5 for each registration transaction and BD 1 for the registration form.
- Additional fees may apply based on the type of application.
