This service allows beneficiaries to register property exchanges between two parties at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, ensuring the legal and secure ownership transfer. Service Steps
Submit the application with all documents through the electronic registration service on the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's website.
Fees
- A fee of 2% of the higher value of the two properties ( the exchamged properties ) is charged and both parties of the ecvhange contract are jointly liable. The fee is based on the higher property value as determined by the administration
- A registration form fee of BD 1for each transaction.
Terms and Conditions
If the property is located in an area that requires ownership approval, it must be submitted.

- Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments concerning the issuance of the executive regulation of the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
