Service Description
Documents Required
- A Copy of the Title Deed
- A Copy of the Passport or ID Card
- Power of Attorney from the Owner (if required)
Processing Time
18 working days (between the survey office and the Directorate)
Service Steps
When Applying in Person:
- Prepare all the required documents for submission
- The application is submitted electronically by the private surveying companies.
- Pay the fees
The applicant will be notified once his request is fulfilled.
For online/electronic submission:
- Visit the e-Government website Bahrain.bh
- Click eServices.
- Select eServices by Providers from the navigation bar.
- Click on 'Survey and Land Registration Bureau' from the options
- Select the required service
- Submit the required documents
- Pay the Fees
Fees
Property survey certificate fee: BD 1
Property survey application fee: BD 5 per property
Marking fee (per mark): BD 5 , if the applicant is from private sector surveying office, there are no fee for marks
Rules and Regulations
- Property Registration Law issued by Law No. 13 of 2013.
- Decision No. 10 of 2016 and its amendments regarding the issuance of the executive regulations for the aforementioned Property Registration Law.
- Decision No. 11 of 2024 organising the work between the Cadastral Survey Directorate and private surveying offices.
