Service Level Agreement - Deeds

According to internal memorandum (3) for the year 2019 dated the 3^rd of March 2019. The Survey and Land Registration Bureau guarantees that the deed of ownership shall be delivered to the concerned party in the transactions relating to the transfer of ownership on the day of the completion of the transaction before the end of the official working hours if the registration fee is collected before 10 am on the same day. If the registration fee is collected after 10 AM then the title deed will be received within 24 hours maximum.

Service Level Agreement – Deed Plan Preparation

According to internal memorandum(1) for the year 2021 dated the 15^th of April 2021. The Cadastral Survey Directorate of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau guarantees that the deed plan will be delivered to the Registration and Follow-up Directorate within 5 Working days in Normal cases that do not require field verification with survey methods.
