1.The service is intended solely for the registered organization. The account may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other organization without prior written approval from the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB).
2.The username, password, and any login credentials must not be shared with any unauthorized person or entity. The registered organization is fully responsible for all activities carried out using its account.
3.The subscription may not be sold, leased, assigned, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from SLRB.
4.The subscriber shall use the service only on the approved and registered survey instruments. Any addition or replacement of equipment shall require updating the registration details and obtaining approval where applicable.
5.The service shall be used solely for legitimate professional purposes. It must not be used for unlawful activities or in any manner that may compromise the stability or security of the service.
6.SLRB reserves the right to monitor service usage for operational, security, audit, and compliance purposes while maintaining the confidentiality of users' information.
7.SLRB reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel the service in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms and Conditions, maintenance activities, system upgrades, or other operational requirements.
8.The service is currently provided free of charge. SLRB reserves the right to modify the service model or introduce service fees in the future in accordance with applicable regulations, with prior notice to users.
9.SLRB does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The service may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond its control.
10.The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that its GNSS equipment, software, and communication services are compatible and operational for accessing the service.
11.SLRB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use, interruption, or unavailability of the service.
12.SLRB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication or notification to users.
13.By using the service, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
14.The subscriber shall promptly notify SLRB of any changes to the GNSS receiver, SIM card, or contact information to ensure uninterrupted service and maintain accurate subscription records.
