The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa received in Sunday 28th January 2018 a Bahrain Property Development Authority (BaPDA) delegation led by Aref Ahmed Hejris.
They discussed plans to regulate the property market in Bahrain in a way that serves the interests of developers and streamline their work procedures. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa stressed Rera drive to regulate property practices, enhance the quality of services and facilitate access for investors to obtain the required data.
He stressed the importance of t upgrading procedures to consolidate consumers’ confidence and culture in the vital real estate sector. BaPDA Chairman underlined the instrumental role of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) in facilitating developers’ work, stressing constructive cooperation for the sector to develop and prosper.
