Real Estate Planning Scheme (subdivision) Registration Transaction

 

Required Documents:

  1. Original document.
  2. Sorting authority decision along with the sorting maps.
  3. Execution court letter attached with the judgment to be executed.
  4. Copy of passport or identity card for citizens of GCC countries, and passport for non-GCC citizens, provided it is valid.
  5. Certificate of no appeal.

 

Transaction Fees:

  • A fee of one dinar for each transaction registration form.
  • Fixed fee of 5 dinars for each transaction.

 

Registration Obstacles:

  • Reservation letter or registration mark placed by courts.
  • Annotation in the register with a claim related to real rights on the property.
  • Issuance of a decision by the Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture before registering the property ownership.
  • Submission of a notarized contract after one year from its notarization.
