Extension of Partial Registration Fee Reduction Period

This is one of the services launched by the Survey and Land Registration Authority, aimed at facilitating procedures for its clients and encouraging them to register their sales contracts as soon as possible to ensure the stability of real estate ownership.

Note: Applications for this service must be submitted within a maximum of 120 days from the date of notarization of the sales contract. No applications submitted after this period will be accepted.
