Quality Management Department
The Quality Management Department is responsible for monitoring workflow and procedures according to approved standards to enhance public sector services, and ensuring actual productivity aligns with these standards. The department also directly oversees raising awareness within the organization about the role and importance of quality control and its impact on improving overall organizational performance. Within its scope of responsibilities, the department coordinates closely with Human Resources and Financial Management to ensure necessary training for workforce within the organization, and evaluates and plans methods to develop and enhance work systems and quality assurance systems using all available means.
