This section undertakes the responsibility of supervising work and procedures in accordance with the approved standards in order to improve the public sector's services and verify that the actual productivity is in line with such standards. The section also directly spreads awareness within the Bureau of the role and importance of quality control and its effect on improving the Bureau's general performance.
The section's functions also include the task of direct co-ordination with the Human and Financial Resources Directorate to ensure providing the necessary training for the Bureau's manpower, as well as evaluation and planning of methods of improving work procedures and quality control systems using all methods and means available
