SLRB Celebrates Bahraini Women's Day
During the Celebration of Bahraini Women's Day... President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau: Bahraini Women are a Pillar in the Nation-Building Process
Survey and Land Registration Bureau celebrated its female employees in conjunction with Bahrain's observance of Bahraini Women's Day, which falls on December 1st every year and is considered an important national milestone. The celebration acknowledges and appreciates the pioneering role women play in various leadership and administrative positions, highlighting their significant contributions to improving work outcomes and advancing the national development process in the real estate sector.
On this occasion, the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Bureau organized a ceremony for its female employees, attended by His Excellency Engineer Basim Yacob Al Hamer, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, along with the general directors, to honor their contributions and active participation in various sectors and specialties.
In his speech, His Excellency Engineer Basim Yacob Al Hamer, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, reaffirmed the unlimited support that Bahraini women receive from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, may God protect him, with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, and under the guidance of the Supreme Council for Women, headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, may God protect her.
His Excellency praised the distinctive position and remarkable achievements of Bahraini women, which reflect the vital and pioneering role played by the Supreme Council for Women under the leadership of the King's wife, highlighting the role of Bahraini women as a worthy partner in nation-building. He noted that Bahrain's history is rich with exemplary female figures who have left a significant mark on the country's journey.
Al-Hamr emphasized the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's commitment to supporting Bahraini women within the Bureau, ensuring the provision of a suitable work environment that enables them to achieve further successes. He pointed out that the advancement of women is the advancement of the entire nation, and their success reflects the Kingdom's noble royal visions.
For her part, Mrs. Diana Faisal Sarhan, Director General of Resources and Information Systems and Chairwoman of the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Bureau, expressed her pride and admiration for the achievements of ambitious Bahraini women and the success stories they have written across various fields. She affirmed that celebrating Bahraini Women's Day is a recognition of their pivotal role in nation-building and sustainable development. She noted that Bahraini women have carried the flag of the nation's renaissance, leaving a clear mark in all sectors, and have become a model to be followed both locally and globally.
